Cascade Retail Square more information
Cascade Square Retail is a remodel/ rehab of an existing concrete building. 95% of the exterior materials were reused. A reduction in heating and cooling energy use is achieved through use of economizers to bring in outside air during tempeate times of the year. Water conservation is achieved through low-flow water faucets and toilets with dual flush technology. Air quality is improved by using low VOC and formaldehyde free products, operable windows and using green housekeeping materials for maintenance.
