We are an Eco Conscious Community located on the Max line, 1 block from the nearest stop. We have energy efficient buildings, windows, Energy Trust of Oregon approved exterior lighting. We employ a recycling company that removes all recycleable material from our dumpsters. We use Miller's zero VOC Accro Pure paint. When we replace carpeting we use soy based padding and corn based, eco friendly carpeting. All apartments come complete with washer & dryer, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
