Seven Generations Office Park more information

Seven Generations is the first LEED Platinum building in Northern Colorado! It was designed to be very energy efficient (Designed to Energy Star 95), water efficient (uses 43% less indoor water and 86% less landscaping water). 90% of the construction waste was recycled. Solar PV and GreenE provide the electricity and the building is designed to for more solar. GreenE certificates provide the remainder. An underfloor air distribution system provide for a healthier environment as well as saving on utilities. Clerestory windows and 10-17 foot ceilings provide ambient light and a highly productive work space. Finishes include low VOC paints, marmoleum floors, recycled tiles. Plumbine fixtures include an inline water heater, 92% condensing boilers, PV water faucets, dual-flush toilets, "pint" urinals.
