The Raven Building at Tri-Eagle Plaza is the first privately developed LEED Gold targeted building in the municipality of Saanich.This new three storey enviromentally sound concrete building is centrally located in Royal Oak. The building has a green roof, geoexchange heanting and cooloing system, bike storage, access to gym, on mayjor trail system and bus route and has plenty of free parking.

Elevation 314 is a state-of-the-art environmental apartment building that incorporates the highest standards of sustainable construction and joins them with beauty, comfort and convenience in an urban setting. Now in its 5th successful year as a home to more than 80 tenants, Elevation 314 has been featured by the Washington Post and other publications and has received some wonderful awards. We are located across the street from the Takoma Metro Station in the lovely area of Takoma, DC.
