We supply electricity and hot water, caretaker provides their own propane for cooking stove and phone service. Internet available in nearby building. Ample land for farming and hiking, near Smoky Mountains and rafting. Peaceful, quiet setting. Available now. Need commitment through April 2012, but prefer long-term. Possible payment for work on an as-need basis, but no regular salary. Prefer individual or couple with horse experience.
