This space has amazing bones and will be a perfect café/ bistro restaurant. The buildings makeover has taken on an upscale quality, while focusing on sustainability design features. This new restaurant will be the beginning of new experiences in this small college town, bringing together fresh food, green design, and the arts. This charming restaurant will cater to the college students as well as local towns people.
The space will come as a shell that can be designed to fit an optimal kitchen layout. The restaurant will have two ADA compliant restrooms. There are all new bronze energy efficient windows and doors that set of the rich look of the space.
