Our community purchased recycled plastic porch swings for our courtyard, we purchase only paper containing recycled content and we shred and recycle all paper at the office. We also try to contact residents by e-mail as much as possible to avoid waste.

Our community has 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The two bedroom apartments have 1 or 2 baths. Each building has 8 or 10 apartments. All apartments have a patio or private balcony.
