All possible lead friction surfaces removed and repainted, or components completely replaced. Sunny and delightful layout. Backyard is fenced and private. Harvest cherries in the spring, blackberries and plums in the summer and apples in the fall. All organic. This road is a bike road and there is lots of community riding by. Famous Grant St Party and other festivals nearby every summer. Two blocks away is a park including community gardens. New Seasons is moving to Hawthorne and joins other local businesses, restaurants, theaters and library a walk or easy bike ride away.
There is a switch for outside air exchange in the heating/cooling system. For long-term tenants other options are available. This is really picturesque. It looks a dream house for living. It won't be available for rent in near future as well because many people will look for this house.
