Residential property includes single-family homes, apartments and townhouses. Buildings may include residential space in mixed-use buildings.

Commercial Property add

Commercial property includes office, retail and restaurant space. Buildings may be low or high-rise and many include commercial space in mixed-use buildings.

A new mixed-use building, completed April 2007, and slated for LEED Platinum certification. The four story building includes three offices, two restaurants, and a roof garden. It is fully leased, but spaces are frequently available in TENpod, a creative services co-op on the 3rd floor.
